Objective
Design and animate projections for the set of the 2025 James and the Giant Peach play at St. Louis Community College.
Process
For this production, me and two other designers in the Advanced Motion Media class worked closely with Tim Linder and Director Michelle Rebollo to design a set of animations.
James and the Giant Peach is a children’s book, so Michelle requested that we illustrate and animate these assets in a fun, storybook fashion. In order to achieve a consistent look, I illustrated one peach for my team to use. I also illustrated and animated 4 scenes and transitions using Adobe After Effects.
